We accept payments made by cash and EFTPOS. We also have HICAPS/TYRO (on the spot electronic claims) so you just pay the ‘gap’.

Cancellation Policy

At Compass Healthcare, our goal is to provide care in a timely manner. We have implemented a cancellation policy that enables us to better utilise available appointments for our clients.

  • You may cancel your appointment without charge if you provide 12 hours or more notice.
  • You will be charged the full fee if you fail to notify us of your intention to cancel or reschedule an appointment and do not present for your scheduled appointment.
